ECZ exam practice
ECZ past paper practice for Grade 7, 9 and 12
Zambrite Edu is AI teaching software that turns a topic or past paper into an interactive lesson for Zambian schools. Type a topic or upload an exam-style question, and Edu builds an interactive lesson with auto-marked practice questions.
Plainly: we do not host, sell or copy ECZ past papers, and Zambrite Edu is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Examinations Council of Zambia. The practice questions Edu writes are new questions on the same topics.
How exam practice works
- 01
Bring the question or the topic
Type an exam-style question or a topic — “Grade 12 Biology, limiting factors of photosynthesis”. Or upload a question or paper you are entitled to use, such as one your school gave you.
- 02
Edu builds the lesson
An interactive lesson on that topic: a short explanation, a simulation or diagram pupils operate, and new practice questions in a similar style.
- 03
Practise, marked as you go
Practice questions are marked automatically. A wrong answer opens the working, so pupils see where the marks were lost, not just the final answer.

ECZ practice: common questions
- Where can I find ECZ past papers?
- The Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) sets the national Grade 7, 9 and 12 examinations and is the official source of its past papers. Your school is usually the quickest place to get genuine copies. Zambrite Edu does not host, sell or reproduce ECZ papers.
- Does Zambrite Edu have ECZ past papers with answers?
- No. Zambrite Edu builds practice: type a topic or an exam-style question, or upload a question you are entitled to use, and it creates an interactive lesson with new practice questions that are marked automatically.
- Is Zambrite Edu part of, or endorsed by, the Examinations Council of Zambia?
- No. Zambrite Edu is made by Zambrite, a software company in Lusaka. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ECZ.
- Can I upload a past paper I already have?
- Yes. The free plan generates lessons from a topic or a PDF, and Educator Pro adds past-paper and question-bank import. What you upload stays in your account or school workspace and is not published.
- Is there an app for ECZ practice?
- Zambrite Edu installs as an app from the browser on an Android phone, and a lesson keeps working offline once it has been opened. Generating a new lesson needs a connection.
- Are the practice questions marked automatically?
- Yes. Pupils get marked as they answer, and a wrong answer opens the working. Questions are generated by AI, so teachers can and should check and edit them before a class uses them.
- How much does it cost?
- It is free to start: the free plan includes 5 interactive classrooms with no card. Educator Pro is K150 a month, paid with MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or card.
