The agreement, without the fog.

These terms govern your use of Zambrite Edu, operated by Zambrite of Lusaka, Zambia. By creating an account you accept them.

Where an institution subscribes on behalf of its staff or pupils, the institution accepts these terms and is responsible for the accounts it creates.

They are governed by the laws of Zambia.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

You must give accurate account information, and you must be old enough under Zambian law to enter a contract, or be an account created for you by an institution that can.

You agree not to use Zambrite Edu to:

You keep ownership of the material you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your material, process it, and send it to the AI model provider configured for your workspace so a classroom can be generated.

Classrooms generated from your material are yours to use, teach, adapt and export. We claim no ownership over them.

Generated content is produced by an AI model and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing a classroom before teaching it. Zambrite Edu is a tool for a teacher, not a replacement for one.

Paid plans are billed monthly in Zambian Kwacha unless we have agreed termly invoicing with your institution in writing. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

There is no setup fee and no minimum contract term — you may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Within thirty days of first taking a paid plan you may request a full refund of that payment and we will process it. The guarantee applies once per account.

If a payment fails we may suspend the paid features of the account until it is settled. Your material is not deleted for a failed payment.

We work to keep the platform available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the standard plans, and we may take it down for maintenance. Generating a classroom depends on third-party model providers whose availability is not within our control.

A specific availability commitment can be agreed in writing on the Enterprise plan.

You may close your account at any time. Export anything you want to keep before you do.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why. Where the breach can be fixed we will give you a chance to fix it first.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Because generated content requires review by a qualified teacher before use, we are not liable for the consequences of teaching a classroom that was not reviewed.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice on this page and by email before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel.
